The staff here truly make a difference - from the friendly and helpful GM to the talented chefs and spa attendants, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The dining experience was a wonderful surprise each night, with high-quality food that never failed to impress. The sommelier even introduced me to Japanese wines that I had never tried before. The GM was extremely kind and organized all of my excursions, making sure every detail was taken care of.

While there was very little to complain about, we did find that the public bath could have been maintained a bit better. The presence of spiders hanging from the bath's roof made the experience a bit unsettling, especially at night.
